Imam Al-Kisa'i Center for Qur'anic Studies Honors Students of the Juz' Exams and Competitions
Imam Al-Kisa'i Center for Qur'anic Studies held a ceremony honoring students who took part in the combined and individual juz' exams, as well as the "Do It Right" competition. Teacher Omar Qwaider (Abu Zain) opened the ceremony, welcoming the sheikhs, parents, and students.
The ceremony began with a recitation of the Holy Qur'an by outstanding assistant teacher Alaa Abdul Nasser Saqr. This was followed by a speech from the Director of Dar Al-Itqan in Gaza Governorate, the esteemed Sheikh Nahel Shaath (Abu Al-Hassan), who spoke about the virtues of the Qur'an. The esteemed Sheikh Mufeed Al-Hasanat (Abu Mohammed), Head of Ibn Baz Charitable Association, also delivered a speech praising the center's contributions and its graduation of 10 huffaz over the previous year, wishing it continued success.
The program included a lovely nasheed performed by young student Ibrahim Khalil Al-Masri, who recited three combined juz' in a single sitting and was tested before the Al-Itqan committee. The center's director, Sheikh Anas Okaila (Abu Malik), then spoke about the center's activities and achievements over the past period.
The awards segment honored the teacher of the month, Sheikh Zakaria Qwaider (Abu Yahya), and all the students who passed the combined juz' exams with high scores, as well as students tested on individual juz' and the winners of the "Do It Right" competition, in which the top three from each circle were honored.
Parents expressed their happiness with the center's achievements, praising the efforts of its teachers and staff and wishing the center continued excellence and success.
