Dar Al-Itqan in Gaza Celebrates a Group of Qur'an Reciters at a Special Award Ceremony
On Monday, 16/12/2024, Dar Al-Itqan for Teaching the Qur'an held an award ceremony at the Abu Baraka coastal shelter in Deir Al-Balah for four memorization circles, celebrating their students' memorization and recitation of parts of the Book of Allah. The ceremony was attended by a number of religious and community figures, as well as parents who shared in the students' joy at this great achievement.
The ceremony opened with beautiful verses from the Qur'an recited by one of the honored students, followed by an opening speech from Dar Al-Itqan emphasizing the importance of memorizing the Holy Qur'an and its role in refining souls and building a generation aware of noble Islamic values, and outlining Dar Al-Itqan's plan.
The program included many special segments, among them a poem about the Holy Qur'an, as well as words of thanks and appreciation from parents, who expressed their pride in their children and in the outstanding role Dar Al-Itqan plays.
At the end of the ceremony, certificates and gifts were presented to 75 honored male and female students amid an atmosphere of joy and pride. Dar Al-Itqan expressed its happiness at this achievement, stressing that it will continue its mission of serving the Book of Allah and teaching future generations.
The ceremony concluded with prayers that Allah bless the efforts of the huffaz and of those who run this blessed institution, emphasizing the importance of continuing to support such events that strengthen the place of the Holy Qur'an in the hearts of young generations.
