Dar Al-Itqan Honors Participants in the Firm Mountains Competition
Dar Al-Itqan for Teaching the Qur'an held a ceremony honoring the participants in the Firm Mountains competition, which the institution organized at the start of this month. The ceremony was well attended. The Head of the institution, Mr. Ahmed Musa, delivered a welcome speech, followed by the guest of honor, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Najjar, President of the Court of Appeal and lecturer at Al-Azhar University, who thanked Dar Al-Itqan for its great efforts in caring for Qur'an memorizers and organizing such competitions.
The ceremony honored those with outstanding success stories: Hajj Faisal Al-Azazi and Hajj Mohammed Al-Kafarna were honored as the oldest memorizers of the Book of Allah, along with hafiz Mohammed Nafez Al-Shaer, a person of determination, as well as outstanding teacher Mohammed Shakshak from Rafah Governorate and outstanding teacher Omar Qwaider from Gaza Governorate.
The ceremony concluded by honoring the distinguished group of students who took part in the competition and demonstrated high levels of mastery and excellence in memorizing the Holy Qur'an. The institution's leadership affirmed that these celebrations and competitions are part of its annual plan to firmly establish the memorization of the Qur'an in students' hearts and encourage them toward greater effort and excellence.
