Dar Al-Itqan Honors Winners of the "Itqan" Competition for Mastering Parts of the Qur'an in Rafah
Dar Al-Itqan for Teaching the Qur'an held a ceremony honoring the winners of the "Itqan" competition for mastering parts of the Holy Qur'an in Rafah Governorate.
