Honoring Those Who Recited 10 Juz' of the Qur'an in the First Ten Days of Dhul-Hijjah
Dar Al-Itqan for Teaching the Qur'an in the Gaza Strip honored the students who took part in the project to recite ten juz' of the Qur'an during the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, as part of the Firm Mountains competition.
In the presence of the institution's leadership and board members, 150 male and female huffaz were honored in Khan Younis, each receiving a certified certificate for single-sitting recitation along with a symbolic cash gift in appreciation of their efforts.
The Head of Dar Al-Itqan, Mr. Ahmed Musa, praised the steadfastness of the people of the Qur'an and their commitment to this blessed journey in the Gaza Strip, despite the difficult humanitarian conditions and growing challenges, including repeated displacement. He affirmed that Dar Al-Itqan will continue organizing recitation events as a firm policy aimed at helping students consolidate their memorization of the Holy Qur'an.
Dar Al-Itqan regularly organizes the Firm Mountains competition through Diwan Al-Huffaz, with students eager to compete and take part.
Dar Al-Itqan renewed its thanks to the male and female teachers, as well as to the generous donors for their support in keeping the Qur'anic journey going in Gaza.
