In an initiative to consolidate Qur'an memorization and encourage huffaz, Dar Al-Itqan for Teaching the Holy Qur'an in the Gaza Strip organized a special event for the collective recitation of ten juz' of the Noble Mushaf.
Wide participation from huffaz
The event saw wide participation from male and female huffaz, with more than 150 contestants from various areas of southern and central Gaza.
Strategic distribution for participants' safety
To ensure the participants' safety and security, Dar Al-Itqan designated three different locations for the recitation, distributing the huffaz strategically among them.
"Firm Mountains": a regular competition to consolidate memorization
This event is part of the "Firm Mountains Competition" series, which Dar Al-Itqan regularly organizes through its Diwan Al-Huffaz Department. The competition aims to consolidate the huffaz's memorization and develop their abilities in reciting the Holy Qur'an with mastery.
